أشاد المذيوب بالرئيس المرزوقي واصفًا إياه بأنه طبيب ومناضل حقوقي أممي وكاتب ملتزم ورئيس ديمقراطي، دخل عقدًا جديدًا من عمره مليئًا بالخير والبركات. وأكد أنه رابع رئيس للجمهورية التونسية، وأشهرهم نزاهة وحفاظًا على المال العام، بشهادة شخصيات رسمية ووثائق وطنية.
مواقف الرئيس المرزوقي: دفاع دائم عن حقوق الإنسان
أكد ماهر المذيوب أن المرزوقي كان وما زال مناضلاً لا يهدأ أمام الظلم ولا يستكين للقهر، ووقف دائمًا مدافعًا عن حقوق الإنسان أيًّا كان وأينما كان، بلا تمييز أو انحياز.
احترام قيم الجمهورية ودستور تونس 2014
ذكّر المذيوب بأن المرزوقي لم يدخل قصر قرطاج على ظهر دبابة وغادره بعد نهاية ولايته الانتخابية مرفوع الرأس، دون السعي للعودة عبر المؤامرات. وكان من أعمدة دستور تونس 2014، مدافعًا عن كرامة الإنسان ومكانة المرأة وداعمًا لقوة الجيش الجمهوري.
فترة حكم المرزوقي: عهد الحريات وغياب الانتهاكات
أوضح المذيوب أن عهد المرزوقي اتسم بعدم الانتقام أو التشفي، وخلت فترته من الانتهاكات أو محاكمات الصحفيين والمدونين، ما جعل تونس دولة الحريات بحق.
التزام إقليمي ودولي: فلسطين نموذجًا
أبرز المذيوب مواقف المرزوقي الإقليمية والدولية، وخصوصًا دعمه المباشر للقضية الفلسطينية، ومشاركته في أسطول الحرية، ما عرّضه للاعتقال والتنكيل.
مقاومة الانقلاب ودوره في المصالحة الوطنية
قال المذيوب إن المرزوقي لم يهن ولم يبع مواقفه منذ الانقلاب، وبات رمزًا وركنًا أساسيًا في أي مصالحة وطنية قادمة، وحجر أساس لاستعادة الدولة وحقوق التونسيين.

تونس #منصف_المرزوقي 1️⃣ يحتفل اليوم الطبيبُ الدكتور، والمناضلُ الحقوقيُّ الأممي، والكاتبُ الملتزم، والرئيسُ الديمقراطيُّ الدكتور منصف المرزوقي بعيد ميلاده الثمانين، وبداية عقدٍ جديدٍ نسأل الله أن يجعله مفعمًا باليُمن والخير والبركات.
2️⃣ الرئيس منصف المرزوقي، رابع رئيسٍ للجمهورية التونسية وأشهرهم نزاهةً وحفاظًا على المال العام؛ لم يسرق مليمًا أحمر، ولم يبدّد أموال الدولة على السهرات والملذّات، ولم يجْنِ منها الهدايا ولا المزايا، بشهادة المحامي ورئيس الديوان السيد رضا بلحاج ورفيق دربه السيد عماد الدايمي، وبشهادة الوثائق الوطنية التونسية.
3️⃣ السيد منصف المرزوقي مناضلٌ حقوقيٌّ أمميٌّ بالفطرة، ومقاومٌ لا يموت أبدًا؛ دافع ويدافع عن حقوق الإنسان أيًّا كان وأينما كان، لا يفرّق بين أحمرٍ وأزرقٍ وبلا ألوان، ولا يهدأ أمام الظلم، ولا يستكين للقهر مهما طال الزمان وعظُمت التضحيات.
4️⃣ الرئيس منصف المرزوقي لم يدخل قصر قرطاج على ظهر دبابة، وغادره مباشرةً بعد نهاية عهدته الانتخابية دون لحظةٍ إضافية، ولم يتآمر ليعود من النافذة بعد خروجه من الباب العريض، بل خرج منه شامخًا، مرفوع الرأس.
5️⃣ الرئيس منصف المرزوقي رجلُ دولةٍ رفيع؛ لم يخن تضحيات الآباء المؤسسين للاستقلال، ولم يبع الدماء الطاهرة لشهداء السيادة الوطنية، ولم ينقلب على قيم الجمهورية، بل كان أحد أعمدة بناة دستور الجمهورية التونسية لسنة 2014، أحد أهم الدساتير في العصر العربي الإسلامي المعاصر. وقف بكل قوةٍ من أجل كرامة الإنسان التونسي وحريته، صان مكانة المرأة التونسية، احترم المؤسسات، وكان وراء النهضة القوية لقوة الجيش الجمهوري التونسي بعد تغييبٍ وتهميشٍ كبيرين.
6️⃣ كان الرئيس منصف المرزوقي رئيسًا منتخبًا ديمقراطيًا؛ لم ينتقم وشركاؤه ممن عذّبوهم، ولم يتشفَّ في العائلات ولا المدن، ولم يُعذَّب في عهده أحد، ولم يُحاكَم بأمره المباشر أو غير المباشر أحد، ولم يعدِم مواطنًا تونسيًا، ولم يلفّق القضايا، ولم يقم بأية انتهاكات. لم يحاكم صحفيًا، ولم يتتبع مدونًا أو مقدم برامج إذاعية أو تلفزيونية أو ناشرًا عاديًا على فيسبوك. كانت في عهده وشركائه تونس دولة الحريات.
7️⃣ لقد كرّس الرئيس منصف المرزوقي حياته للفكر الحر، ودوّن عشرات الكتب والمقالات التي أصبحت مراجع في الفكر الحقوقي والسياسي في العالم العربي. ولم يتردّد يومًا في الدفاع عن قضايا الشعوب العادلة أينما كانت، فكان صوته عاليًا في المحافل الدولية، مدافعًا عن الحرية والكرامة والعدالة. وكان له حضور فاعل ومباشر في النضال من أجل فلسطين، حيث شارك في «سفينة المقاومة» و«أسطول الحرية» لدعم الفلسطينيين وغزة المحاصَرة، وقد تعرّض للاعتقال والتنكيل، مما يعكس شجاعته والتزامه الراسخ بقضايا الحق والعدالة.
8️⃣ الرئيس منصف المرزوقي مناضلٌ صُلب ومقاومٌ حقيقيٌّ ضد الانقلاب منذ اللحظة الأولى؛ لم يهن، ولم يستكن، ولم يهادن، ولم يبع مواقفه. لقد أصبح اليوم فوق الأحزاب والتحالفات الظرفية، ويمثل عمودًا أساسيًا في المصالحة الوطنية التونسية القادمة — مهما تأخرت — وفي استعادة الدولة التونسية المنهارة، وركنًا متينًا لاستعادة حقوق المواطنين وصورة تونس المشرقة في العالم، بتاريخه النضالي الطويل، ومكانته الإقليمية والدولية الرفيعة، ونظافة يده التي تجلب الاستثمار الحقيقي والسريع لتونس.

Lundi 07 juillet 2025 BON ANNIVERSAIRE À MONSIEUR LE PRÉSIDENT RESPECTÉ Dr MONCEF MARZOUKI 1️⃣ Aujourd’hui, le Dr Moncef Marzouki — médecin, militant des droits de l’homme de renommée internationale, écrivain engagé et président démocratique — célèbre son quatre-vingtième anniversaire et entame une nouvelle décennie que nous espérons, par la grâce de Dieu, pleine de prospérité, de bonheur et de bénédictions.
2️⃣ Le président Moncef Marzouki, quatrième président de la République tunisienne et l’un des plus intègres, est reconnu pour avoir protégé l’argent public. Il n’a jamais détourné un sou, n’a jamais gaspillé l’argent de l’État en plaisirs ou festivités, et n’a tiré aucun avantage personnel de ses fonctions, comme en témoignent le directeur de cabinet Maître Ridha Belhaj, et son compagnon de route Imed Daimi et les archives nationales tunisiennes.
3️⃣ M. Moncef Marzouki est, par nature, un défenseur universel des droits humains, un résistant infatigable : il a toujours défendu les droits de l’Homme, sans discrimination, partout où la dignité est menacée. Face à l’injustice, il ne s’est jamais tu, face à l’oppression, il n’a jamais cédé.
4️⃣ Le président Moncef Marzouki n’est pas arrivé au Palais de Carthage sur un char et l’a quitté immédiatement à la fin de son mandat sans s’y accrocher une seconde de plus. Il n’a jamais conspiré pour revenir par la fenêtre après être parti par la grande porte — il est parti la tête haute, fier et digne.
5️⃣ Le président Moncef Marzouki est un homme d’État de haut rang. Il n’a jamais trahi les sacrifices des pères fondateurs de l’indépendance ni vendu le sang pur des martyrs de la souveraineté nationale. Il n’a jamais renié les valeurs républicaines. Bien au contraire, il fut l’un des piliers de la rédaction de la Constitution tunisienne de 2014, l’une des plus importantes dans le monde arabe contemporain. Il a fermement défendu la dignité et la liberté des Tunisiens, la place de la femme tunisienne, le respect des institutions et le renforcement de l’armée républicaine après des années de marginalisation.
6️⃣ Président élu démocratiquement, Moncef Marzouki n’a jamais cherché la vengeance contre ceux qui l’ont torturé, ni contre leurs familles ou régions. Sous son mandat, nul n’a été emprisonné ni jugé injustement, aucun citoyen n’a été exécuté, aucune affaire n’a été montée de toutes pièces. Aucun journaliste, blogueur, animateur ou simple internaute n’a été poursuivi. La Tunisie de Marzouki et de ses partenaires fut un État de libertés.
7️⃣ Le président Moncef Marzouki a consacré sa vie à la pensée libre, écrivant des dizaines de livres et articles devenus des références en matière de droits humains et de pensée politique dans le monde arabe. Jamais il n’a hésité à défendre les causes justes des peuples où qu’ils soient. Sa voix s’est élevée dans toutes les tribunes internationales en faveur de la liberté et de la dignité. Il a activement participé à la lutte pour la Palestine, montant à bord de la « Flottille de la Liberté » pour briser le blocus de Gaza, affrontant arrestations et violences — preuve de son courage et de sa fidélité à la justice.
8️⃣ Depuis le premier jour, le président Moncef Marzouki est un opposant ferme et loyal au coup d’État ; jamais il n’a faibli, jamais il n’a transigé. Aujourd’hui, il est au-dessus des partis et des alliances éphémères. Il incarne un pilier de la future réconciliation nationale tunisienne — quelle qu’en soit l’échéance — un rempart pour la restauration de l’État, la restitution des droits des citoyens et la réhabilitation de l’image radieuse de la Tunisie. Sa main propre reste un gage d’investissements réels et rapides pour l’avenir du pays.

Monday, 07 July 2025 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE HONOURABLE PRESIDENT Dr MONCEF MARZOUKI 1️⃣ Today, Dr Moncef Marzouki — a physician, a renowned international human rights activist, a committed writer, and a democratic president — celebrates his 80th birthday and begins a new decade of life. May God grant him many more years filled with prosperity, goodness, and blessings.
2️⃣ President Moncef Marzouki, the fourth President of the Tunisian Republic and one of its most honest leaders, is known for safeguarding public funds. He never stole a single dinar, never squandered state money on indulgence or festivities, and never accepted personal gifts or privileges — as attested by the Chief of Staff, Mr Ridha Belhaj, and his companion Mr Imed Daimi, and the national Tunisian archives.
3️⃣ Mr Moncef Marzouki is, by nature, a universal defender of human rights and a tireless fighter. He has always defended people’s rights, regardless of who or where they are. He never stayed silent in the face of injustice, nor did he ever submit to oppression, no matter how great the sacrifices.
4️⃣ President Moncef Marzouki did not enter Carthage Palace atop a tank. He left it immediately upon completing his electoral mandate without lingering a single moment more. He never conspired to return through the window after exiting through the grand door — he left with his head held high, proud and dignified.
5️⃣ President Moncef Marzouki is a true statesman. He never betrayed the sacrifices of the founding fathers of independence, nor did he sell out the pure blood of the martyrs of national sovereignty. He never turned against the values of the republic. Instead, he was one of the pillars behind drafting the Tunisian Constitution of 2014, one of the most important in the modern Arab-Islamic world. He firmly defended the dignity and freedom of Tunisians, upheld the status of Tunisian women, respected institutions, and revitalised the republican army after years of marginalisation.
6️⃣ Democratically elected, Moncef Marzouki never sought revenge on those who tortured him or their families or regions. Under his leadership, no one was tortured or unjustly prosecuted, no Tunisian citizen was executed, no cases were fabricated. No journalist, blogger, radio or TV host, or even a simple Facebook user was persecuted. Under Marzouki and his partners, Tunisia was a nation of freedoms.
7️⃣ President Moncef Marzouki devoted his life to free thought, publishing dozens of books and articles that have become references in human rights and political thought in the Arab world. He never hesitated to defend just causes wherever they arose. His voice resonated in international forums, championing freedom and dignity. He played an active role in the struggle for Palestine, joining the “Freedom Flotilla” to break the Gaza blockade, enduring arrest and mistreatment — proof of his courage and unwavering commitment to justice.
8️⃣ From day one, President Moncef Marzouki has been a steadfast and genuine opponent of the coup. He never weakened, never compromised. Today, he stands above transient parties and alliances, representing a key pillar in Tunisia’s future national reconciliation — however long it may take — and in restoring the collapsed state, reclaiming citizens’ rights, and reviving Tunisia’s bright image. His long record of integrity attracts real, swift investment for the country’s future.
